Domestic Shipping Policy
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2 business days (for orders placed before 12pm CST excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout using real-time rates. Calculated shipping rates are determined at checkout by a third-party shipping carrier based on the details of the order.

*Delivery times are estimated. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Additionally, business days typically don’t include weekends, but Saturday deliveries may occur in select ZIP codes.
SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES or APO/FPO ADDRESSES
The USPS delivers packages 11" x 14" and smaller to a P.O. Box. Since our prints are shipped flat they will not fit into a standard P.O. Box. Your order will need to be picked up from your local post office counter using the slip provided in your P.O. Box during regular business hours. We can also ship to an APO/FPO through the USPS.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email.
As soon as your art ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a carrier tracking number you can use to check on your order. It can take up to 24 hours for your tracking info to show up.
To track your order on the order status page, you need to log into your customer account. Alternatively, you can verify your email address or phone number along with the order number to view the order details. You can locate the order number in the receipt sent to you by email or phone.

STORE PICKUP

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
At this time we do not ship outside of the Continental United States and the U.S. Territories.
SHIPPING DETAILS
Each print is placed inside a Krystal Seal polypropylene archival sleeve, with a sturdy foam core backing board, and shipped flat, secured to an internal cardboard to prevent shifting inside the box.
DAMAGES
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@katyvmeehanllc.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
